  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery within India: 4–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available on our store.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, or natural events.

  • In case of significant delay, we will notify you via email/phone.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
