At Capthry, we specialize in thrifted, curated, and limited-piece caps. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Nature of Products

All products sold on Capthry are:

  • Thrifted / pre-owned items

  • Handpicked and curated in limited quantities

  • Usually available as single-piece items

Due to the unique nature of these products, once sold, the same item cannot be restocked or replaced.


2. No Return / No Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders.

This policy exists because:

  • Each product is unique and available in limited quantity

  • Thrifted items cannot be resold once returned

  • Product condition, hygiene, and authenticity must be preserved

We request customers to carefully review product images, descriptions, condition details, and measurements before placing an order.


3. Refund Policy

Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not applicable once an order has been successfully delivered.

Refunds are only considered in the following rare cases:

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

  • The order could not be shipped due to operational issues from our side

  • The product was lost in transit (confirmed by courier partner)

In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may include a COD handling or advance charge

  • COD charges are non-refundable

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, no refund will be initiated

We reserve the right to restrict or block COD services for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.


5. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched only after successful confirmation

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner


6. Damaged or Incorrect Item

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A completely incorrect product

  • A product damaged during transit

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for review.
